GENERAL TERMS
- The following document regulates the terms and conditions of booking made through the tkalniazagadek.pl website, and the general terms of service
- Each service recipient is expected to make themself acquainted with the following T&C before making a booking through the website. The person making the booking is supposed to convey the points as stated here in the document to other participants of the game.
- Recipients of the service can use the website and booking features in accordance with their usage policy and in compliance with the law
BOOKINGS
- Bookings are made possible via the website www.tkalniazagadek.pl
- Bookings can be made in the “BOOKINGS” tab, being part of the website
- The booking is in effect when the following conditions are met:
- Choice of the specific game the booking is for
- Selection of the date
- Selection of the time of booking
- Entry of basic personal data into the booking form (First and last names, email, phone no.) and specifying the number of intended players in the game
- Agreeing to the terms and conditions of service (TOS)
- After making the booking, the users get an email confirmation sent to the email address entered in the booking form. The confirmation usually arrives in no longer than 10 minutes, however, if it fails to reach you, please be sure to check your spam folder or alternatively contact us via phone to confirm.
- The booking confirmation contains the following pieces of information:
- Game name
- Date of booking
- Time of booking
- The staff reserves the right to cancel any booking which contains obviously fake contact data, or no contact details
PAYMENTS
- The games can be paid for using cash, or a game voucher. If you intend to use cash, please make sure you have the exact change beforehand.
- The organiser reserves the right to charge a fee of 20 PLN for each additional participant exceeding the allowed number as outlined in the particular game description.
GENERAL GAME TERMS
- Minors under 14 y.o. must be accompanied by an adult in order to play.
- Playing under influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves a right to deny admission to customers under influence.
- Each game participant takes responsibility for their wellbeing during the game. The organiser cannot be deemed liable for any harm done by the participant
- Players are expected to show up at least 10 minutes prior to their planned game start. This gives plenty of time to make oneself acquainted with the terms and conditions, and the game rules.
- Each game has their own time limit, depending on the kind of scenario played. The game time cannot be exceeded.
- Game participation of people suffering from heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia or other mental illness is discouraged
- The players are deemed responsible for the game room equipment during their game. None of the riddles is expected to be solved with brute force.
- Bags, purses, or electronic communication devices (mobile phones. tablets) cannot be used during the game, therefore players are asked to leave those items in deposit before starting the game. Same goes for any objects deemed unsafe (knives, scissors, etc.) that under normal circumstances could not be brought into planes
- The organiser is not deemed responsible for any property, or clothing damage during the game. Participants are asked to look after their personal belongings as the organiser is not responsible for any lost items on its premises.
- Every game is monitored using CCTV equipment.
